1996 Founder member of the Münchner Gehölzinstitut e.V.

1997 Founder member of the sag baumstatik e.V., approx. 1,000 engineering based tree inspections with the Elasto-Inclinomethod and Statics Integrated Assessment (SIA-Method).

1998 Research in wood physics at the University of Aberdeen “Longitudinal pre-stresses in Acer pseudoplatanus and Tilia cordata”.

2003 Development of special software for Arborists:

2004 Award winning engineers in the “Microsoft Tablet PC Challenge 2004, Germany” for the tree management software “Integrated Safety Management for trees (ISyMan)”
